Psychotherapy

A space to talk. Time to understand.

Psychotherapy offers a confidential, one-to-one space to explore what is happening in your life, at your own pace.

You don't need the right words

People come to therapy for many reasons. You may be feeling anxious, low or stuck. A relationship may be difficult. You may be going through a change, noticing a familiar pattern, or simply wanting to understand yourself better.

You do not need a diagnosis or a neatly formed reason to begin. We can simply start with where you are now and what you’re looking to change.

What working together looks like

I will listen carefully and help you become curious about your thoughts, feelings, experiences and relationships. We can look at what is happening now, and at the patterns or past experiences that may be part of it.

This is a collaborative process. I will not tell you what to do. We can make room for the things that feel difficult to say, as well as the questions you may not yet have asked yourself.

Our work is confidential, within the usual professional and legal limits. I can explain those limits when we speak.

Finding the right fit

The relationship matters.

Before deciding whether to work together, we can have a free 15-minute chat. You can tell me a little about what has brought you here, ask practical questions and get a sense of how it feels to talk with me.

If we decide to continue, we will discuss how sessions will work and what you hope to explore

About my practice

I am a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist. My approach is warm, curious and grounded in the belief that understanding ourselves can give us more room to choose how we live and relate to others.
