Family Constellations

Looking at the wider picture

The patterns we inherit.
The relationships we live.

Our family experiences can shape how we see ourselves and relate to others, sometimes in ways we barely notice.

You may recognise a role you keep taking on, a tension that feels familiar, or a question about where you belong. Family Constellations offers a way to explore these questions in the context of family relationships and history.

The aim is to become curious about patterns and perspectives, without assuming there is one simple explanation for your experience. You can decide what feels meaningful to take from it.

About my practice

I am a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist. My approach is warm, curious and grounded in the belief that understanding ourselves can give us more room to choose how we live and relate to others.
